Östra närvården includes Region Blekinge's health centers, youth clinics, and wound centers.

Residents of Blekinge who fall ill turn directly to the health centers and gain access to healthcare that does not require hospital resources. Care is provided in all cities of the county, in several smaller towns, and sometimes in homes. Our goal is to be a modern outpatient care where teamwork and patient needs are at the center.

Rödeby health center is one of the public health centers included in the health choice Blekinge. At the health center, we have over 20 wonderful employees in various professions working together to meet our 6400 listed patients. At Rödeby health center, we have moved away from hierarchical structures and instead focus on meeting the needs of our patients. Here we value everyone's importance, influence, and participation in the organization and care for the balance between work and leisure. About the Job

As a district nurse/nurse, you will have varied days with many different tasks. Advice via phone and digital channels, medical assessments and treatments, vaccinations, dressings, injections, and sample collections are just a few of the things you will spend your days on. You will have supportive colleagues who all care about community and a safe atmosphere.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse/nurse. Previous experience in primary care and diabetes competence is an advantage.

You love working as a district nurse/nurse and are passionate about providing good care and helping people. You are unpretentious and appreciate working in a team. Security in your work role and a good ability to take initiative and make independent decisions are important for you to thrive in the position. With us, you are an important part of the whole where we together develop a well-functioning team.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Candidates who are considered for employment must present an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record before employment.

Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in a crisis position.
