At Together Tech, you will play a key role in meaningful development projects within defense, automotive, and other high-tech industries – where you can influence results, processes, and project success with technology, structure, and a people-focused approach.

As a Project Manager, you will ensure that commitments are met on time, with the right quality and cost, and create security in all phases of the project. Here you will have the opportunity to work with various projects and clients, providing variation and an international work environment. Some of your future tasks include:

• Planning and following up on quality activities in development projects and ensuring that projects deliver according to requirements.
• Conducting technical reviews, such as preliminary design reviews and detailed design reviews, to ensure robust and well-founded solutions.
• Quality assurance of prototype manufacturing and verifying that results meet specified requirements.
• Participating in risk and opportunity analyses to minimize uncertainties and maximize project success.
• Participating in CM activities and ensuring proper handling of deviations, problem reports, and changes.
• Planning and driving continuous improvement activities.

Your technical background

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Project manager with extensive work experience in quality - technical, production, or process-oriented.
• Ability to translate requirements into concrete and effective activities.
• Experience in driving process development and/or improvement work.
• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.

Some of our assignments are within security-classified areas, and for these, a security clearance is required before you can start the assignment. Swedish citizenship is required for security-classified areas.
