JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a resource worker, you will work as a permanent substitute and be booked for work where it is most difficult to fill positions or where the situation is most strained. You will work based on emerging needs in elderly care, disability care, and childcare.

You will work throughout the municipality from Eksjö central location to Mariannelund. Your workplace may change during the day if the need arises elsewhere.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a resource worker, you are a trained nursing assistant. You have a driver's license and access to your own car.

It is an advantage if you have work experience from all the areas you will be working in;

• Elderly care (special housing and home care).
• Disability care,
• Childcare

You are flexible, experienced, secure, and positive as a person. You find it easy to collaborate with everyone and adapt easily to new situations, environments, and people. You are a role model for the municipality's substitutes and a much-anticipated colleague among all regular staff.

Before an offer of employment in the Resource Group, acceptable extracts from the police's criminal record must be presented. You can order it at polisen.se, selecting "Work within school or preschool" and "Check your own information in the criminal record." It is desirable that the extract is opened in conjunction with the handover.
