What We Do and Want

The business operates municipal home care services that provide assistance to customers throughout Tyresö municipality.

Our office is located at Bollmoravägen 28D next to Tyresö center.

The mission of home care is to enable residents to stay in their own homes and to meet the individual needs of customers for personal care and service around the clock based on assistance decisions.

The operation is led by a manager and six unit managers. We strive for each employee to have a good balance between work and leisure.

Tyresö municipality is a Silvia-certified municipality, and all employees undergo individual training provided by Silviahemmet, funded by the employer.

About the Position

The tasks include assisting our customers in their homes with planned home care services based on assistance decisions.

The work involves care and service for individuals with varying needs. This means that you actively work to create secure relationships based on trust and individualized coordinated home care services.

The positions are for hourly employment as needed, and we would like you to be able to work a larger part of the summer. We are looking for substitutes who can work during the day & evening, or night.

Who Are You?

You are open and curious about trying care work, or you already have experience in it. A B driver's license is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. By this, we mean a professional approach towards our customers, good collaboration skills, the ability to work independently, and to make quick decisions when required in the role.

The work is varied and requires flexibility. You should be computer literate and proficient in the Swedish language as we conduct daily social documentation.

You are independent, can solve problems, have good collaboration skills, are creative, and have personal maturity.
