In the role of nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. You will work closely with Leva Livet inspirators and specialist nursing assistants in dementia care.

Forenede Care operates Månstorps Ängar on behalf of Vellinge Municipality. The care and nursing home has a total of 56 resident places, distributed across 4 units. The residence offers apartments for elderly individuals with cognitive impairments.

At Månstorps Ängar, we have large gardens for easy outdoor access and ample space for communal activities or socializing. We have a retro shop, salon, sensory room, etc.

Månstorps Ängar is strategically located with a short distance to both the train station and bus stop. For those driving, there are free parking opportunities just across the road.

In the position of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the resident's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving from our restaurant, respond to alarms, and provide social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or coming up with fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a part-time colleague for a permanent position with a 6-month probation period. The employment rate is 85% and the start date is from January 2026.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
