Your Mission

As a dental nurse with us, you will be an important part of a safe, highly competent, and caring team that meets children, adolescents, and adults with various care needs. You work closely with dentists and contribute your skills and engagement – always with the patient's experience and well-being at the center. The work is varied and includes everything from assistance and sterilization to reception work, where you also play a key role in creating smooth workflows both in the treatment room and throughout the clinic. In this way, you contribute to ensuring that everyday life functions in the best possible way and that we together achieve our common goals. What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for someone with a completed dental nurse education, and you are welcome to have good experience. Furthermore, you are a person who is motivated to further develop your skills and competencies. For you, quality dental care is a given, as is a professional approach to both customers and colleagues. You maintain a high level of service and have excellent communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are positive even in challenging situations while establishing trust and gaining influence with our patients. You develop effective and feasible solutions to problems and learn from experiences and feedback from your surroundings. Flexibility and solution focus are qualities that are of great importance for good collaboration with colleagues and patients. Moreover, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

Employment

Welcome with your application by December 7, 2025. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period may occur, and the start date will be agreed upon. Selection is ongoing. We will take references from your clinic manager if you have been/are employed with us.

Before the interview, you need to be able to prove your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement. To be considered for employment, a successful new hire background check is also required.
