Our Operations
As of January 1, 2026, the social and care office will be formed, merging the care office and the office for individual and family care.
We are on an exciting journey of change. The goal is to create a stable and efficient organization in line with the new social services act, where employees thrive and the exercise of authority maintains high quality and is legally secure. We are now looking for a development leader for the office's assistance and quality unit. The unit consists of development leaders, investigators, a medically responsible nurse, a medically responsible for rehabilitation, a business specialist, and an administrator, led by a unit manager, working across offices.
With us, you will be offered a broad and independent role with space to work on development and improvement. You will come to an inclusive workplace where we utilize each other's competencies, strengths, and care for a good and stimulating work environment. The unit is responsible for follow-ups of service providers, driving the office's political assignments, preparing cases for the board, procurement, support, and guidance regarding patient safety and local coordination in the office. Our area of responsibility includes the exercise of authority, preventive activities, and service provision both in-house and through private providers.
Your Mission
As a development leader, you contribute to driving the office's quality and development work forward in line with set goals. A large part of the position involves close collaboration and contacts with various actors, both internally and externally, focusing on good quality for the user. The work needs to be performed in a structured, legally secure, and methodical manner.
Your main tasks include:
- Development of politically governing documents
- Investigate according to Lex Sarah
- Follow-up of systematic quality work
- Follow-up of activities within the board's areas
- Coordination of political assignments and service documents to the board
- Develop and ensure quality in activities within social services, healthcare, and care
- Participate in and drive procurement issues
Your Experience
We are looking for someone with: A university degree in social work, political science, law, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
It is advantageous if you also have experience in:
- Working within social services/healthcare and care.
- Development of management systems
- Process mapping
- Project management
- Experience in contract follow-up
- Experience in working with procurement and contract issues
