Region Dalarna is investing to reduce waiting times for orthodontic treatment, and as part of this, we need to expand our team. We are looking for YOU who want to join us either full-time or part-time and help our youth!

We are an engaged group that will help you thrive in Dalarna, whether you work full-time or part-time in Falun.

Falun offers many beautiful places to enjoy both in summer and winter. The clinic is just a stone's throw from Lugnet, allowing you to either enjoy the tranquility of nature or engage in various sports activities year-round.

Currently, four specialist orthodontists, ten orthodontic assistants, and four dental nurses work at the Tandregleringen Falun. The responsibility for orthodontics in Region Dalarna is shared with the Tandregleringen in Mora. Tandregleringen Falun is located in the same building as the Center for Oral Rehabilitation, which includes Endodontics, Oral Prosthetics, Periodontology, and Pedodontics. The Oral Surgery Clinic, Dental Radiology, and Orofacial Medicine are just a stone's throw away at Falu Hospital. Tandregleringen in Dalarna has a close collaboration with other dental specialties and general dental care clinics in Dalarna.

Orthodontists wanted for Tandregleringen, Falun Job Responsibilities

As a specialist dentist at Tandregleringen Falun, you can work whether you are an experienced orthodontist or a recent graduate, as you will have strong collegial support from several experienced colleagues and work across the entire orthodontic spectrum with anchorage implants, aligner treatments, and digital planning.

You may be involved in mentoring our credentialing dentists as well as our future ST dentists, and in our mission to further develop general dental care through course activities and mentoring of the observing staff in general dental care. You will have orthodontic consultations at general dental care clinics physically or digitally. This means that remote work may also be an option.

Removable orthodontics are performed at general dental care clinics by orthodontic teams linked to specialist dental care. Tandregleringen Falun is currently working to digitize the entire care flow and places great emphasis on developing teamwork. We currently have four doctoral candidates within specialist dental care in Dalarna, and we welcome your interest in research.
