As the Domain Architect IT Security at Svenska kraftnät, you will play a key role in shaping the future security architecture for one of the country's most critical operations. You will lead the development of IT security architecture and be a driving force in the paradigm shift that strengthens Sweden's digital resilience. In close collaboration with decision-makers and management teams, you will work strategically and tactically to create target architecture and roadmaps that enable a secure, innovative, and resilient future.

About the Position

You will be part of the IT architecture unit and work closely with the business, IT division, and security department to create comprehensive solutions that meet all of Svenska kraftnät's requirements and needs. You will identify challenges and opportunities, ensure a holistic perspective, and act as support for individual projects and initiatives to achieve a common direction. By guiding solution architects and supporting security coordinators and other domain architects, you will ensure that our security solutions are cohesive. Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that strategy, governing principles, and guidelines for IT security architecture are continuously developed and adhered to
• Develop, anchor, and maintain target architecture and roadmap for the IT security area
• Based on a comprehensive needs analysis, ensure a cohesive, robust, and purpose-built IT security architecture
• Ensure that the architecture meets internal and external regulations
• Support projects and initiatives to follow the target architecture and common roadmap
• Collaborate closely with the security department and other functions to meet both internal requirements and external regulations
• Participate in architecture forums and contribute to developing common working methods
• Evaluate new technologies and security solutions

About You

You have a clear vision of how IT security solutions should be designed and a deep understanding of the complex issues in the field. You are structured and goal-oriented, with the ability to create clear plans and deliver results.

With a stable and secure demeanor, you handle challenges constructively and dare to stand by your decisions. At the same time, you are unpretentious and receptive, which allows you to successfully collaborate with various functions and stakeholders. You can communicate with both technical personnel and decision-makers. Your communication skills and results-oriented approach enable you to drive discussions forward and ensure sustainable solutions that meet both business needs and strategic goals. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic education, or equivalent competence acquired in another way, which Svenska kraftnät deems equivalent. You have a broad and solid background in IT architecture and IT security. Furthermore, you have:

• Several years of relevant work experience in IT security with a focus on architecture
• Experience in designing principles and direction for IT security solutions in larger organizations
• Experience working with target architectures and developing long-term plans
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with IT security in a critical operation or an operation with very high security requirements
• Experience driving strategic initiatives in IT security in collaboration with management and decision-makers
• Experience with relevant frameworks such as ISO27000 and NIST CSF
• Certification in IT security, such as CISSP
• Certification in IT architecture
• Good knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management)
• Experience with security in OT environments or cloud solutions
• Experience in risk management, continuity planning, and requirements specification for suppliers

• The work is primarily on-site, but with the possibility of remote work up to 50%. #LI-hybrid
