DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roofing services within the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 29 employees who work or are based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area, which in turn collaborates with about 40 subcontractors. We are currently looking for a person who can receive and handle incoming visits, calls, and emails from our office, thereby assisting our customers and our team by being a reliable and efficient key person in our reception. We are therefore looking for a 

CUSTOMER-ORIENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

About you:

You will be our face outward and indeed inward. You will handle incoming email inquiries, receive calls from customers and stakeholders, and sometimes (during the low season) you may also call potential customers and schedule meetings with our skilled salespeople. You do not necessarily need to have experience from the roofing industry or even as a receptionist - we are looking for someone who is stable and genuinely willing and interested in delivering this valuable service for a considerable time ahead. You are known for being efficient, enjoy getting things done, and are good at creating order and routines. What you may not know about computers and technology, you are willing to learn. There can sometimes be a lot happening at once, and you can still remain calm and focused and continue to want to help. This is not an “easy job” but a position where you gradually need to learn more and more to be at the top. It is also required that you master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written.
