This is what you will do with us

• Build and manage analytical models in SSAS
• Develop reports and dashboards in SSRS and Power BI
• Work with data transformation in SSIS and SQL
• Collaborate with various operations to understand and meet their needs
• Visualize data to support decision-making
• Train the organization to understand and use data correctly
• Ensure data quality and further develop existing solutions

Your team and workplace

You will be part of the BI function at Ersta diakoni, a strategically important unit that has been built up over time and plays a central role in the organization's development. Here, you will work closely with a colleague in a small but knowledgeable team, where you will prioritize work together and have close dialogue with users. You will be based in Ersta's premises with the best view in Stockholm/Södermalm. As an employer, we offer flexibility – with the possibility of remote work up to 50%.

We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of SQL and good experience working with Microsoft's BI tools such as SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI. You should also feel comfortable in Excel and have an understanding of the entire BI process, from requirements gathering to operations and support.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who enjoys analyzing information and drawing well-founded conclusions. You communicate easily both verbally and in writing and can adapt your message to different target groups. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing your knowledge, and actively contributing to common goals. At the same time, you are proactive and take responsibility for getting things done – you drive the work forward and ensure that what has been decided is also implemented. Additionally, you have a strong focus on creating value for the organization and are good at understanding needs and translating them into practical solutions.
