The assignment is 100% and is expected to start in early 2026 and can last for a longer period.

As a Master Data Specialist in this assignment, you will have a central role in both the development and structuring of data and analytics solutions. The assignment is broad and varied, with many points of contact within the organization. You will be part of a knowledgeable team and contribute to strengthening a data-driven culture by delivering reliable data that supports the business's decisions.

This is what you will do with us

• Inventory, analyze, and clean existing master data
• Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement in data quality
• Develop processes, routines, and working methods for data maintenance
• Work closely with the business to understand needs
• Prepare handover to a future management role

Your team and workplace

You will step into a new team where structure and working methods are built from the ground up, with a clear ambition to establish a strong unit within data and analytics. You will work closely with management, IT, and the business and actively contribute to shaping solutions and working methods. Location in northern Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work.

• You have experience working with master data and data quality, both strategically and operationally
• You are used to cleaning, structuring, and analyzing large data sets
• You have previously set up or improved processes and routines for data maintenance
• You work independently, are proactive, and enjoy driving change
• You understand the business's needs and can translate these into sustainable data solutions
• You are meticulous, analytical, and pedagogical in your working style
• You see the value in leaving behind well-functioning structures for future management
