Are you service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working administratively? Are you also unpretentious and looking for a rewarding part-time job? Then we have the right position for you!

We are currently looking for a student for an exciting assignment at Skånemejerier's headquarters in Malmö. As an order administrator, you will play an important role in the company's sales work and in a coordinating role. In this position, you will contact stores for the sale of goods with a short shelf life. The role therefore includes, among other things, email management, pricing, order placement, and inventory management. Since the team collaborates closely with customer service, you also need to be prepared to assist in their work when needed.

The start date for the position is week 51 for training, and you will then be expected to work on December 22, 29, and 30, as well as January 5, 7, and 8. Moving forward, you will work alongside your studies as needed, and you are expected to be able to work up to full-time around holidays and in the summer.

The work shifts are scheduled during daytime on weekdays, and you will be based at Skånemejerier's headquarters in Fosie, Malmö. Workdays may vary and will be coordinated week by week to fit both your schedule and the department's needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a student with at least 50% enrollment in economics, supply chain, service management, or a similar field.
You have very good computer skills, with previous experience in Excel or M3 being highly meritorious.
You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The role involves a lot of independent work, so we are looking for someone who is proactive and structured. As a person, you also need to be unpretentious and able to assist in other departments (e.g., customer service) when needed. We are also looking for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and able to handle stress.
