Job Description

The primary task as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care and service centered around the user's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Create security, meaning, and well-being from a salutogenic perspective. We work according to the values of elderly care, where the elderly should live a dignified life and feel well-being. The tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

The current scheduling requires work every weekend. The schedule may change depending on the future needs of the organization. If you want to know more, please feel free to contact us.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program with passing grades in core subjects or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Good computer skills. Since you will be meeting users, relatives, interns, and colleagues, it is important that you have an interest in helping others and that you are calm, attentive, and communicative in your approach. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions as solo work is common. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Requirement for a B driver's license
