The Role of Nursing Assistant

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work closely with patients and contribute to good care during different stages of life. We are looking for both those who want to work in inpatient care (postpartum, maternity, gynecology) and those who want to work in women's health care.

The tasks vary depending on the focus, but what is common is that you work in a team with midwives, nurses, doctors, and administrative staff to create safety and continuity for our patients.

In inpatient care, you participate in nursing work, from planned patient-centered care to acute situations. If you are applying for the position in women's health care, you will also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient contact at reception, sample collection, and support for midwives and doctors.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience in women's health care, postpartum, maternity, or gynecological services.

You have a good approach, are responsible, structured, and enjoy working in a team. You adapt easily to new situations, see opportunities in change, and contribute to a positive work environment. We also prefer that you have computer skills and experience with journal systems (e.g., Cosmic, Obstetrix, Office Suite).

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position in women's health care.
