The Role of ST Physician

We are looking for an ST physician in general medicine. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but the degree of employment can be discussed according to your wishes. Start date by agreement.

Your Future Workplace

We work with the entire primary care assignment, and your work will therefore be varied with the breadth and variation of general medicine. Collaboration is important to us, and we value teamwork. Child health care is located in our area, and we also have close cooperation with the municipality's home care and special housing. We are constantly working on development projects aimed at providing safe and secure care to our patients, as well as making visible the resources we have and managing them in the best possible way. With us, you will have an exciting job where you can make a difference. Work at the common primary care emergency department in the evenings and weekends is shared with other health centers in the area.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Can work independently but also together with different professional groups.
• Is committed and responsible and understands the importance of good communication.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us.
• Can absorb new knowledge and act as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation.
• Through good cooperation with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating participation and a good working environment.

As an ST physician, your ST planning will be done in collaboration with you, your supervisor, manager, and study director. With us, you will receive continuous supervision from experienced district physicians. ST physicians in the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program.

Collaboration with Futurum, the research and education unit of Region Jönköping County, and Qulturum, the region's unit for operational development and improvements, also makes it possible to develop in research or towards a future leadership role.

Hälsans vårdcentral 1 is part of the Bra Liv Health Centers group. Hälsan 1 is centrally located in the western part of Jönköping and is one of the larger health centers in the county with just over 12,400 registered patients and about forty employees in various professions. We work with continuous improvements to ensure that Hälsans vårdcentral 1 remains an attractive health center for both patients and employees.
