About Apoteket Sjukhuset, Eksjö

Apoteket Sjukhuset is located in Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö, with a health center and dentist nearby. We work in fresh and well-equipped premises and are a close-knit team consisting of four pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians who always put the customer in focus and continually strive to ensure that healthcare visits end well.

With us, you will encounter a high prescription flow thanks to our location in the hospital, while we also have a well-developed self-care sales. We collaborate with Apoteket Lejonet in Eksjö center, which means some Saturday work (10 AM - 2 PM) is included. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. Right now, we are open to pharmacists who can work either full-time or part-time.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have a couple of years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, or quality.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
