Almgården is a special accommodation facility with 47 apartments, consisting of three departments, one focused on elderly psychiatry and two on care. We are now looking for three nursing assistants for two day/evening positions and one night position. Almgården is centrally located in Eksjö.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The foundation for all our efforts at Almgården is based on a user focus - where you as an employee have a central role. This requires flexibility, care, and collaboration. The operations are constantly changing, and together we need to meet the individual needs of the users to provide the highest quality care and support possible.

Your main tasks include personal care work, service tasks, rehabilitation, and medical interventions - according to delegation from a nurse. You are responsible for documenting, creating implementation plans, and being involved in the planning and execution of the interventions. As a nursing assistant, you also play a central role in working with users, relatives, and colleagues through contact person responsibility.

We are now looking for nursing assistants for Almgården's special accommodation. Currently, we are seeking staff for day positions but also a night position. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care. In connection with the recruitment, you must present your proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

To work at Almgården, you need to be structured, organized, and able to plan your work well. A strength of yours should be to prioritize and complete tasks. We also prefer that you are confident in your professional role, dare to present ideas and visions, and develop together with others.

To succeed in the job, you also need to be collaborative, as cooperation is a central part of achieving the mission. We appreciate those who find change and collaboration exciting - where common goals and users are always in focus.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.
