Your New Job

In your new job, you will be part of two student health teams where internal and external collaboration is part of your daily routine. You will contribute medical expertise in all matters concerning the student's schooling. You are an important part of the student health work focused on health promotion and preventive efforts regarding health and well-being for increased goal fulfillment. Your tasks include health conversations, vaccinations, information to student and staff groups, as well as open reception at the school. Through your job and tasks, you have great opportunities to make a difference at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

Over 1500 students attend our school, spread across four college preparatory programs, two vocational programs, and two vocational introduction programs. We have about 160 staff members who all work to create the best conditions for the school's youth. Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse, with specialized training in child and adolescent health, district nurse, or school nurse.

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and have a good ability to build strong relationships with students, guardians, and your colleagues at the school. You enjoy working with young people and seeing them grow and develop. In your daily work, you take responsibility for planning your own work and drive it forward together with your colleagues in the student health team and in collaboration with teachers and other staff. You have the ability to make well-considered priorities and a flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. You thrive working together with your colleagues for the continued positive development of the organization.

You have good computer skills and the ability to communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in school health care, primary care, or pediatric medicine is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and collaboration skills.
