JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will perform standard duties as a nursing assistant. At Uvaberg, you will be challenged in your interactions with residents due to their dementia. Your focus as a nursing assistant is to provide the best possible care and support to our residents. It is important that you have great respect for our elderly and that you see the person and their situation in every encounter. You will create valuable relationships with the residents and their relatives, and you will meet people with different life stories.

As a nursing assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role, create security for our residents, and contribute to positive interactions. The work is based on good collaboration, both within your own work group and with other professional roles such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

We are proud of our work and our employees who make a difference for our residents every day. Working hours are according to a rolling schedule with shifts during the day, evening, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. Previous experience in care work is an advantage. You have an interest in working with people with dementia. You have good computer skills and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Uvaberg is a dementia care facility located in the northern part of Tranås, near the center.
