We are looking for someone who wants to work extra when the business has a need, or someone who wants to work weekends at fixed times as a "weekend runner". Varied working hours and tasks are involved. You will assist people in need of support in their homes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your workday starts at the home care office where you pick up your phone and see what your day looks like. You travel to the clients, either by car, bike, or on foot. At the clients' homes, you motivate, assist, and support individuals based on their individual needs and wishes. This may involve medical interventions, personal care, cleaning, cooking, shopping, and laundry. You document interventions and events in our operational system Combine and maintain contact with the clients' relatives. The work is often independent, but you have helpful colleagues just a call away.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer candidates who are trained nursing assistants, but those driven by a desire to help others without formal training are also welcome to apply. Experience in care and support is a plus, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. We would like you to have a driver's license as a large part of our operations requires us to get around by car.

We are looking for someone who is curious and interested in working with people and meeting them in their everyday lives. You enjoy working independently, while also not being afraid to ask questions of your colleagues. As a person, you are responsible, engaged, and have a good attitude towards those we meet in our work and your colleagues!
