Working as a Specialist Nurse with Us:

As an ICU nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work in an Intensive Care Unit in Eksjö. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience working as an ICU nurse, both independently and in a team. Good collaboration and communication skills within the team are essential. Adherence to local work routines and job descriptions is required. Your tasks will include trauma alerts to the emergency department and cardiac alerts to all clinics and departments of the hospital. Experience with medical technology equipment such as Monitoring, Dräger, Maquet Servo U ventilators, Braun volumetric and syringe pumps, and PrisMax is advantageous.

Working Hours:

Evenings, nights, and weekends

Period: Weeks 24-35

About You:

The work as a specialist nurse is qualified, and we therefore require you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, which aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different maternity clinics. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us who work at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that as an Operations Consultant, you often belong to those at the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to naturally share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
