The Role of Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will meet patients in both inpatient and outpatient care, and to some extent also be responsible for individual training and group training in our warm water pool. Assignments and delegation in these cases are made via responsible licensed personnel.

As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for the administrative part that follows the treatment in the form of journal documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that training and administration concerning patients operates in a patient-safe manner. The role also includes other ancillary tasks related to the operations of the rehabilitation center.

Your Future Workplace

The Rehabilitation Center is a regional clinic that delivers specialized rehabilitation throughout the county. The operations are primarily centered at Högland Hospital in Eksjö, Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping, and Värnamo Hospital, with the clinic having approximately 300 employees in total.

Your Profile

We are looking for a nursing assistant with a rehabilitative approach and preferably experience with documentation in the Cosmic journal system. A few years of experience in patient work is desirable.

To thrive with us, it is important that you are flexible, service-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with others, as the rehabilitation center relies heavily on cooperation between different professions. However, it is also important that you take responsibility for your tasks in a structured and independent manner.

A driver's license is required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting on 2026-03-16 or by agreement. Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, daytime.
