The Role of Nurse/Community Nurse

You will have a varied, stimulating, and diverse job with the usual tasks at a health center, such as:

• Telephone counseling
• Reception activities, such as vaccinations, incontinence investigations, diabetes, and asthma/COPD
• Acute care at the health center, where we receive patients who need primary care the same day

We work in interdisciplinary teams, with, for example, doctors, physiotherapists, and psychosocial teams. You will work Monday to Friday with some on-call duties in the evenings and weekends at the Acute Care in Eksjö.

Your Profile

We are now looking for someone who is:

• Licensed nurse/community nurse
• Since work in the evenings and weekends may occur at our Acute Care in Eksjö, a B driver's license is a requirement for the position
• We prefer that you have experience in telephone counseling in TeleQ, reception work, and primary care experience
• Digital healthcare experience and previous experience with the Cosmic journal system is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You can work independently but also together with different professional groups, are engaged and responsible, and understand the importance of good communication
• You are flexible and want to develop and improve the operations together with us
• You absorb new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues
• You adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation

The position also includes some administrative tasks, such as managing patient lists for doctors. For us, a positive attitude towards your colleagues and your work is also very important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
