About the Clinic

Tandhälsan in Vetlanda, which is part of Praktikertjänst, is now looking for an engaged co-owner and operations manager who wants to drive the clinic forward.

Tandhälsan is a well-established clinic with a strong local presence and a stable patient base. We offer a creative work environment with great potential for growth. The clinic is centrally located in Vetlanda and equipped with the latest technology, including:

• DAC, new autoclave and disinfection machine
• Scanner Shape Tryos3
• State-of-the-art IT equipment with KGIT system and 6 new computers (installed December 2025)

The premises are 150 sqm and include:

• 4 large, bright, and fully equipped treatment rooms
• Waiting room, reception, sterilization area, staff room, and storage
• Changing room with washing machine and dryer
• 2 restrooms and an elevator in the building

We currently have four employees: dentist, dental hygienist, dental nurse, and receptionist. Our dental hygienist is one of the most experienced in Vetlanda and takes care of patients from other clinics in the area.

About the Role

As a co-owner and operations manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. You will also have access to Praktikertjänst's extensive support functions in areas such as:

• HR, legal, finance, and administration
• IT, telecommunications, property, and purchasing
• Communication, quality, environment, and safety

You will be responsible for the clinic's results, including budget and financial follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Clinical work as a dentist
• Leading and distributing work within the team
• Personnel responsibility, development discussions, and salary negotiations
• Recruitment as needed
• Competence development and workplace responsibility

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
