Working as a Midwife with Us:

As a midwife at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work at a Women's Clinic in Värnamo. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience as a midwife in labor and maternity, as you will rotate between both departments.

Working Hours:

Day, evening, night, and weekend.

Period: Weeks 23-36

About You:

The work as a specialist nurse is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the field. We prefer that you have experience from several different maternity clinics. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us who work at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competency requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those in the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to naturally share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
