The Role of Nurse/District Nurse

We at Rosenlund Health Center are now looking for an engaged district nurse/nurse. With us, you will have a stimulating job that alternates between telephone counseling, outpatient work, and care coordination. We value our employees' competencies, and our nurses have their own clinics within their areas of expertise. Work at the Ryhov urgent care center may occur. We are also responsible for Bra Liv's nearby clinic and the Whole Person clinic.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with a start date according to agreement.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a trained nurse or district nurse. We see it as positive and meritorious if you have experience from primary care. If you have experience or interest in care coordination, we consider it an advantage. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently as well as in close collaboration with other professionals at the health center. You are engaged, responsible, and understand the importance of good communication - towards patients as well as colleagues. You are mindful that all individuals are different and have the ability to adapt your working methods and approach based on the patient and the situation. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
