JOB DESCRIPTION

In the role of a care assistant, your task is to meet the individual's basic and specific care needs, both socially and culturally as well as physically and mentally. We do this by safeguarding and respecting each person's right to privacy and bodily integrity, self-determination, participation, and individual adaptation, so that the individual can live a dignified life and feel well-being.

As a care assistant at Antuna, you work closely with the elderly and support them in their daily lives through personalized care and assistance. Your tasks include, in addition to direct care and assistance, record-keeping/documentation, as well as case management and the development of implementation plans to ensure elderly care based on individual needs. Medication delegation may be included in the position.

We are now looking for someone interested in working as a care assistant in a permanent position with a workload varying between 75-90%. Start dates for the positions vary between February 1 and April or by agreement.

We are looking for 4 employees for Antuna.

The three permanent positions you will be recruited for involve work in different departments but are based on one department with a regular orientation or dementia orientation. These positions are linked to a basic schedule (day, evening, and weekend).

One permanent position with a workload of 75% is focused on daytime including weekends but will cover both short-term, dementia, and regular orientation in the department.

All positions cover multiple departments, so flexibility, good collaboration skills, and curiosity to learn are important qualities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant or has other education deemed equivalent. It is advantageous if you have further training in dementia care, psychiatry, or palliative care. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

To succeed in the role, we see that it is important to have certain personal qualities. In meetings with users, integrity and empathetic ability are essential. Collegially, cooperation and flexibility are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Previous experience is advantageous but not necessary. Start date by agreement.

Interviews and appointments are ongoing, so do not wait to apply!

OTHER

Any contact from recruitment companies and salespeople is declined.
