ABOUT THE POSITION

As a project manager at Eltel, you will lead a project group of 4 competent colleagues, including two designers, a construction manager, and an administrator. Together with your project group, you will be responsible for various fiber projects on Stockholm's highways, where your role is to coordinate and lead the group through the different phases of the projects.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Eltel. The assignment is long-term, and the goal is that you will eventually be employed by Eltel.

The position is security classified, which means that a security review, including a background check, will be conducted in connection with employment (in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Security Protection Act). Read more about what a security review entails here (#).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you have a central and driving role with the responsibility to lead and motivate the entire project group (designers, technicians, and administrators). You act as the spider in the web, coordinating all efforts towards a successful project completion.

Financial management through calculations, forecasts, and reporting.
Operational responsibility for material orders and obtaining necessary permits from authorities.
Quality assurance to ensure that deliveries meet the customer's set goals.
Stakeholder management and business-driven contact with clients, customers, subcontractors, and other partners.
Work environment by establishing and following work environment plans and conducting workplace inspections.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has previous experience in project design/project management, preferably within telecom/ground/fiber
Has previous experience working with calculations and forecasts
Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the language is used daily
Has good knowledge of Excel
Is accustomed to following laws, regulations, and directives in daily work
Has a B driver's license (manual)

It is a merit if you have experience working in IFS.
