We are recruiting individuals in the finance market for the educational and knowledge-developing position of "Trainee", which gives you the opportunity to advance to investment advisor and insurance broker through practical work as a salesperson and ongoing training. We are looking for you to join our office in Gothenburg.

The position of "Trainee" is suitable for those who have a 3-year degree in economics and preferably some experience in sales, e.g., in mortgage brokerage, banking, real estate, etc.

The most important thing for you is your demonstrated interest in sales and the willingness to understand “how serious business is done”!

This profession gives you the chance for a rewarding education in communication within finance & insurance, where the security of your personal clients is the focus.

Our client also includes the offer of legal advice from internal lawyers working in economic family law, which expands your own knowledge regarding security in business.

We value your personality the most, which fits into this creative company, and you will successfully develop in both finance and insurance, providing complete security for customers. This aligns with the company's concept!

Through a well-planned start at the company, you will participate in the company's self-developed training in communication and administration regarding securities and the opening of accounts. A stimulating internal training for you, which also involves sales psychology.

This knowledge helps you provide the safest and best possible dialogue and care for your clients.

Strong qualities we are looking for in you include being responsive, loyal, meticulous, organized, having good planning skills, being insightful yet unpretentious, and having a positive attitude.

Your personal willingness and experiences in caring sales and personal service are prioritized.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
