Senior Recruitment Specialist Wanted at Hyrpersonal Sweden in Stockholm

Hyrpersonal Sweden is currently seeking an engaged and knowledgeable recruitment manager to join their HR team in Stockholm.

As a recruiter at Hyrpersonal Sweden, you will have an amazing opportunity to build the Talent Acquisition function from the ground up and be a key player in the company's growth journey. We are looking for someone who is problem-solving, sees opportunities instead of obstacles, and can find creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

Your work will be highly independent, but you will also collaborate closely with the HR and marketing departments.

In the role of recruitment specialist, you will act as an advisor to clients who are hiring and provide support and advice on recruitment issues. The ability to build and maintain relationships is crucial for this role.

As a recruitment specialist at Hyrpersonal Sweden, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. This includes developing new initiatives and ideas to improve the recruitment process as well as managing the entire recruitment process independently, from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will also include establishing a Talent Acquisition function from scratch and developing routines and processes to ensure a long-term recruitment strategy and talent supply.

You are expected to build trust and act consultatively towards clients in recruitment matters. The role also involves working to strengthen the company's employer brand and creating a positive experience for candidates in the recruitment process.

A base salary of 56,800 SEK/month

A variable performance-based component of 16,000-35,000 SEK/month

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 12 years of documented experience working independently with recruitment.
• Has extensive experience as an HR manager in either the public or private sector.
• Has a university degree in human resources or behavioral science or equivalent HR education of at least 180 credits.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as these languages are used daily in the work.
