Häggetorpsskolan is a primary school with approximately 280 students from preschool class to grade 6. We now need to strengthen our student health team with special educational competence. Could it be you?

Häggetorpsskolan is located in the southern part of Tibro municipality. Here we have preschool class, primary school grades 1 - 6, and after-school care. At Häggetorp, we work in teams with good community and high participation in decision-making processes. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop a school where the student's entire life situation is taken into account. You will play an important role in creating sustainable structures and working methods where teachers, work teams, and the student health team collaborate to see the student from a holistic perspective.

In your role, you contribute to making student health work a natural part of the school's common mission and permeates all activities in the organization. You will help build an organization where the work of child and student health and the educational work strengthen each other, and where clear decision-making bases and good oversight are created.

Together, we create a school where all competencies collaborate to give students the best possible conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed special educator and/or special teacher, with a genuine interest in school development and student health work. You have a good ability to work at the organizational, group, and individual levels with a focus on the right to education.

You have a good ability to mentor educators and enjoy working in teams. You are proactive, solution-focused, and easily adapt to different people and situations. You stay updated on research and development and have the ability to translate new knowledge into practical action.

You are used to gathering, analyzing, and disseminating knowledge that strengthens the organization and contributes to the school's development. It is an advantage if you have experience or a particular interest in our focus areas:

• Language development approaches
• Relational leadership
• Development of mathematics teaching
