About the position: In the role of administrator, you will be responsible for

• Incoming bookings (calls / emails)
• Assisting administration to the Site Manager
• Invoicing

This means that you will receive and handle all calls, emails, and messages from new and returning guests by answering questions, booking tables/activities/corporate events/kids' parties, and delegating calls to the site managers at the unit. You will work in Outlook, PinMeTo, answer the phone, enter bookings in the Caspeco booking system, and manage messages/reviews on Google, Facebook, and Tripadvisor.

As our goal is to create an outstanding customer experience, the work of the Administrator is incredibly important and valuable to us, as the guest's first interaction with our restaurants often happens here!

About you:

• A cheerful, social, and organized person who loves customer service and customer relations!
• You have previous experience in customer service and sales, as well as experience working with various booking systems (e.g., Caspeco) and CRM systems.
• It is a plus if you have worked in a restaurant and previously handled bookings within restaurants and events.
• You are skilled at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
• You are flexible, patient, quick-thinking, and solution-focused, and you do everything in your power to provide our guests with the best possible experience.

Scope: 75-100%

Working hours: Varied hours, weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Phone hours are every day from 10 AM to 9 PM.

Location: O'Learys Linköping - Stora Torget

Salary: Fixed monthly salary or hourly wage depending on the scope of employment.
