Within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Hässleholm, there is traditional outpatient care that forms the basis of the clinical operations, as well as infant services and access to intermediate care measures based in Kristianstad. The operations are conducted in interdisciplinary teams with broad expertise, and we have also established functional teams focused on specific problem areas.

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Bup) outpatient care offers assessment, treatment, and investigation for children/youth and their families in Hässleholm, Perstorp, and Osby municipalities. Our team consists of about 30 employees from various professional categories such as psychologists, doctors, social workers, occupational therapists, nurses, and medical secretaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking forward to welcoming a new psychologist colleague to us!

As a psychologist with us, you have an important role with great opportunity for influence over the work. The work is varied and involves both independently and together with the team addressing our target group. In the role of psychologist with us, you will make assessments, investigations, and provide treatment to children and adolescents up to 18 years of age. The position also includes collaboration with care neighbors, such as schools and social services. You will work both independently and in collaboration with other team members. Travel in the job may occur.

Depending on your background and competence, there may be good opportunities for further development through training based on the needs of the operations. We have a setup with individually tailored introduction, supervision, and mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed psychologist with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. You have language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. Since the position involves travel, a valid B driver's license is also required.

We see it as meritorious if you have:

• Completed CBT training, level 1
• Experience working with DBT
• Experience conducting neuropsychiatric investigations
• Knowledge of the Melior journal system
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• A multicultural experience base and knowledge of several languages
• Experience working and investigating infants and small children aged 0-6 years.
