We are looking for an Object Specialist for document and case management systems and our new deviation portal

Job Description

As an Object Specialist for Platina (known as EDIT in the Stockholm region) and our new deviation portal at Södersjukhuset, you will play a central role in the management and development of our document and case management system, as well as the implementation and management of the new deviation portal.

Platina (EDIT)

Platina (EDIT) is the common document and case management system for Region Stockholm, based on the Platina system from Formpipe. The role of the local object specialist is crucial to ensure that the system is used correctly, that errors are handled efficiently, and that the organization receives support in its use of EDIT.

A new document and case management system is currently being procured, with plans for an implementation project to start in 2026. You will have a central role in the local implementation at Södersjukhuset and will drive the local management in your role as an object specialist.

Deviation Portal

A new Deviation Portal based on the iFACTS system has been procured, and local implementation will take place in 2026. Here too, you will have a central role in the implementation at Södersjukhuset. You will also build the local management around the deviation portal and take on the role of object specialist.

Examples of tasks in the role of Object Specialist:

Develop annual management plans for the systems
Requirements management with the system supplier based on the organization's needs.
Testing work prior to releases, including executing test cases in the TEST environment according to instructions from the EDIT management.
Planning and executing updates and adaptations.
Training and information dissemination to employees about usage and changes in the system.
Error handling, investigation, and reporting to the regional management.
Coordination and communication regarding the systems within the hospital and with other object specialists in the region and the central administrations.
Template management, including correction and updating of the organization's templates.

Your role in implementation projects:

Key role in local implementation projects
Gather requirements and feedback from the organization
Plan and conduct training for end-users
Establish a local management including a group of operational representatives who serve as operational support

Qualifications

Competence Requirements:

You have several years of experience in system management.
You are used to working out requirements based on the organization's needs and planning, testing, and implementing updates and adaptations.
You have a relevant higher education or university degree, or other experience deemed equivalent.
You are experienced in producing user manuals, training materials, and conducting training for users.
You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

Documented training in Platina.
Experience in managing Platina or other document and case management systems.
Experience in managing deviation management systems
You have experience working in public operations or in a large/medium-sized organization in a similar role, with experience handling many contact points and collaborating with various stakeholders.
