Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

I am a middle-aged woman living centrally in Uppsala.

Right now, I am looking for more people who can work mainly during the days and evenings as my assistant. The person I am looking for should preferably be a woman aged 30-50 years with good physical fitness, cooking skills, and a great sense of humor. She should be self-assured and have a calm personality. Previous experience in personal assistance is a requirement. It is important to express oneself clearly in both spoken and written Swedish.

My interests include traveling, food, equestrian sports, nature, and my family.

I live alone and require assistance 24 hours a day. Some days I have double assistance during the daytime.
