We cover the entire Kramfors municipality geographically, including both the center and the outskirts, and welcome applicants from all areas. Our clients' needs and your skills determine where you will be placed.

The working hours for substitutes vary and can include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. The work involves replacing a regular employee who is, for example, on leave or sick.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for those who want to work extra in home care, care and nursing homes, group homes, or personal assistance. In this role, you provide support, care, and assistance to individuals who need help to manage their daily lives. You will have a job with varied tasks and many colleagues. In addition to meaningful work where you and your colleagues have the opportunity to make a difference every day, this job provides you with valuable experiences for the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have computer skills. It is an advantage if you have a nursing education, a child and leisure program with a focus on social work or educational work, or previous work experience in any of these areas. A driver's license is required for certain units.

You are good at collaborating with others, enjoy working in a team, and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
