We are looking for 2 assistants for a young man in Handen. 

One position is 75% and the other is 25% plus extra as needed.

You will work based on a fixed schedule where the working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts with standby during the night.

You will actively work according to clear established routines both in our client's home and during activities. A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility are essential here.

The client chooses their assistants, and personality is highly valued.

The trust between you and the client, as well as in your tasks, is ensured through introductory shifts.

About the client:

I am a fun and kind man in my 35s, living in Handen. I have Cerebral Palsy, self-harming behavior, and Tourette's syndrome.

I need help with everything in my daily life, and when you work with me, I need your full focus. Since I am in a wheelchair, lifting is required.

 Only male assistants with experience in the field are sought.

For you and I to communicate well, it is important that you understand and speak Swedish.

To work well with our client, you need to have qualities such as attentive, responsive, and patient.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
