ABOUT THE POSITION

Luftexpressen specializes in accessories for HVAC and ventilation, delivering innovative solutions quickly and efficiently to installers and local wholesalers across Sweden. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the face of the company in Southern Sweden, responsible for driving sales, developing long-term customer relationships, and presenting the product range professionally. The role is strategically and operationally important for expanding market shares, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The person taking on this role will be part of a small, close-knit team where ideas and initiatives are valued, and will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the company's growth. The position offers an exciting field sales role where you will meet customers and present Luftexpressen's products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Implement sales goals and strategies in the sales area of Southern Sweden
  • Expand market shares through new customer acquisition
  • Support and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Regularly organize product presentations and introductions for customers
  • Provide advice on all sales matters
  • Build long-term and sustainable customer relationships
  • Participate in fairs and training to stay updated within the industry

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has experience from a technical sales role
  • Is located in the sales area, around Helsingborg
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Has a B driver's license
  • Is pragmatic and works flexibly, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service

It is a merit if you have:

  • Knowledge of Danish, spoken and written
  • Experience from the industry (AC, heat pumps, electricity, or ventilation)
  • Commercial education
