We are now looking for a childcare worker, preferably with a few years of experience working in preschool. You should enjoy pedagogical work with children and appreciate close collaboration with colleagues in a team. Since we work with language and communication through many creative activities, it is important that you enjoy working creatively with children. If you know any of our profile languages such as English, Spanish, German, or French, it is a great asset but not a requirement. You must be proficient in Swedish both in writing and speaking, as it is the language we use as a foundation.

Every morning and afternoon, you will lead a group of 5-6 children in language and creative activities, where we work thematically.

The children are aged 1-5 years in all our departments, which makes the care aspect very important. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the children feel safe here, so you need to actively work on building a good relationship with the children and their guardians. You should have high social competence and enjoy being in an environment with many people, and be prepared to take responsibility for the children and your various tasks. You should be flexible and willing to work in different teams with us.

You will, in dialogue and collaboration with colleagues, children, and guardians, develop educational environments and activities with a curious and reflective approach. Documentation is always part of our work, so you should be familiar with how to work with pedagogical documentation to make children's learning visible.

The position is preferably to commence on 7/1 2026. However, it can be arranged for another date by agreement.
