We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher for a substitute position during study leave, starting in December 2025 and ending on June 30, 2026.

About us

The International Preschool AB (IPS AB) is an independent preschool organization founded in 1989 in Gothenburg. We provide services for children aged 1–6 years at four preschools: Majorna, Älvsborg, Guldheden, and Biskopsgården.

Our pedagogy is based on the Swedish curriculum for preschools (Lpfö18) and is characterized by creative themes, individualized learning, and a value foundation that promotes diversity, gender perspectives, democracy, and equality.

We primarily work in Swedish and English, and our staff contributes a rich diversity of languages and cultures that strengthen our inclusive and multicultural environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish preschool teacher degree with a license, or a foreign degree with Swedish license from the Swedish National Agency for Education.
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is engaged, responsible, and has good collaboration skills.
