About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the company's growth. With a focus on new customer sales, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and closing. Your task is to establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers such as HR managers, CEOs, and CFOs, where you offer innovative solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs analyses and build trusting relationships with decision-makers.
- Drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to negotiation and signing of contracts.
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure customer-tailored solutions and business successes.
- Report to your immediate manager and actively contribute to the team's common goals.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 1 year of B2B sales experience and has worked with the entire sales process.
- Is accustomed to prospecting new customers and building long-term relationships.
- Has experience in service sales or complex SaaS solutions.
- Is results-oriented and loves closing deals with satisfied customers.
- Has a structured and organized work style in a fast-paced environment.
