We at Bee Bemanning are now looking for an engaged and experienced Sales Manager to be hired as a consultant for our client. Our client is in an exciting growth phase and is establishing a new division focused on heat pumps.

The company is a fast-growing business from Central Europe operating in renewable energy and solar technology. The company offers innovative solutions for both individuals and businesses, focusing on markets in Europe and Asia. Their product portfolio includes systems for solar energy, energy storage, electric vehicle charging, heat pumps, and energy management. With offices in several countries, they have established themselves as a key player in international markets.

About the role

As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to help build a new business from the ground up. You will be responsible for the sales of heat pumps in your assigned region. This means analyzing the right sales channels, identifying opportunities within various market segments (residential, commercial, and industrial), and actively seeking and establishing new B2B partnerships. You will negotiate contracts and promote the products among established installers and plumbers.

In your daily work, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with departments for technical support, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth business flows.
  • Provide basic technical support and training to business partners.
  • Identify and follow up on business opportunities, as well as manage leads and analyze partner performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop partnerships with installers and business partners.
Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on heat pumps or related products.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time and self-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of related technologies (e.g., solar and HVAC systems).
  • Basic marketing skills.
  • Ability to establish and sell new brands.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • English at least at B2 level.
  • Driver's license (Category B).
