Case Manager for Newly Established Winback Team – Focus on Customer Retention and Sales

Do you want to work in a role where your expertise in anti-churn and sales truly makes a difference? We are now looking for an engaged Case Manager for our newly established Winback Team. Here, you will have the opportunity to help customers make informed decisions about their personal finances while contributing to the company's success.

About the Role

As a case manager in the winback team, you will work to regain and retain customers, a key role in creating long-term customer relationships and increasing loyalty. You will handle both incoming and outgoing calls and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers who want to terminate their services – understand their needs, address objections, and create solutions that keep them from leaving.
  • Proactively contact former customers to re-establish relationships and offer value-creating solutions.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by being attentive, engaged, and professional.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to further develop strategies and processes within winback efforts.

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and has documented experience in turning uncertain customers into loyal users.

You have:

  • Solid experience in anti-churn and/or sales, with the ability to handle objections and motivate customers.
  • A strong desire to work goal-oriented and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural way of building relationships.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude that contributes to the team's success.

Experience working in a winback team or a similar role focused on customer retention is a plus.

Your Profile

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in anti-churn, winback, and/or sales.
  • Experience working via phone and in digital systems.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Scope and Application

  • Location: Central Stockholm, hybrid work possible.
  • Working Hours: Office hours Monday to Friday.
  • Employment: Full-time, probationary employment applies.
