Insurance Sales Representative – Build Security and Safety for Our Customers

Are you a driven individual passionate about sales and eager to help customers achieve a more secure financial future? We are currently seeking dedicated insurance sales representatives who want to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

About the Role

As an insurance sales representative, you will contact customers who have already shown interest in our services. Your focus will be to offer insurance solutions that provide customers with extra security and long-term financial stability.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with needs-based sales by understanding the customer's situation and suggesting relevant insurance options.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through personal and professional interactions.
  • Work towards clear sales targets that inspire you to perform at your best.

We provide you with a kickstart through a comprehensive introductory training program where you will learn everything about sales techniques, our products, and the industry. With support from experienced colleagues and inspiring coaching, you will have all the tools to reach your full potential.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has sales experience, preferably in telemarketing or insurance.
  • Is competitive and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
  • Is engaged, structured, and motivated by providing customers with top-notch service.

Scope and Application

  • Working Hours: Full-time, 08:00-17:00 or 08:45-17:45.
  • Location: Central Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work three days a week.
