ABOUT THE POSITION

Moank is a Swedish player in the financial banking world with a KMB license offering digital services to businesses and individuals. Moank works with Hyperfinance for companies looking for a smooth and cost-effective solution for liquidity planning and specializes in providing flexible and transparent loans to individuals, as well as offering solutions for invoice installment payments and other financial services to facilitate customers' everyday economy. Moank is part of Moank Fintech Group.

In your role as Senior Sales Executive, you will belong to a sales team currently consisting of 4 salespeople. Your primary task is to offer user-friendly and fast digital solutions for companies' financing needs. Here, you will have the opportunity to own the entire sales process from start to finish, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to Moank's growth. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in the field and become part of a company that is currently scaling up to a new level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities

A selection of your responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for owning the entire sales process towards the customer, with a strong focus on retaining and developing existing customer agreements while maintaining good profitability in these.
  • Continuously drive opportunities for increased sales, process existing customers, and sign new customer agreements.
  • Identify solutions for increased customer satisfaction together with your customers, as well as proactively identify and drive opportunities to develop customer relationships.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has previous work experience in similar sales, so you are familiar with what factoring and Hyperfinance are, how the flow works, and what the risks in these arrangements are.
  • Knows how the handling of a case to a credit committee works and how due diligence is conducted.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the work is conducted in both languages daily.

It is an advantage for the position if you:

  • Have previous work experience as a salesperson at a finance or credit market company.
  • Have an established network in banking and finance.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities: You are self-driven and confident in your role as a salesperson while being humble about the task. Selling Moank's system requires time and commitment – so your drive and perseverance will be crucial. You are eager to share your knowledge with the team and take significant responsibility for your own work. Furthermore, you are flexible, relationship-building, and creative in finding solutions, and skilled at listening to the customer's needs. Being able to drive the business all the way to closure is essential.
