About the Role
Emploid is pleased to assist SGD in finding an Outside Sales Representative for the Stockholm region! In this role, you will be an important part of the sales team in the Stockholm region and have the opportunity to drive and develop the company's business. You will have full ownership of your sales processes, where you are responsible for everything from processing existing customers and developing long-term relationships to identifying and establishing new business opportunities. Your workdays will involve frequent customer meetings focused on finding and processing new customers with the support of SGD's inside sales team. The role offers great freedom under responsibility, with a focus on creating long-term customer relationships and driving sales towards set goals. SGD also offers a strong community with regular meetings, kick-offs, and an inclusive corporate culture.
More concretely, the position includes:
- Processing new customers
- Developing business and relationships with existing customers
- Close collaboration with colleagues such as outside and inside sales representatives across Sweden
- Sales administration
The district extends from Södertälje to Uppsala and includes travel within the region, mainly day trips. A company car will thus be relevant for those who wish.
About You
We are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder and is driven by creating value for your customers. You are self-sufficient and have a strong "hunter mentality", which means you proactively take initiative and enjoy pursuing new business. At the same time, you understand the importance of long-term relationships and work with precision to build trust and lasting collaborations. You have a humble and attentive working style, knowing that the best deals are made by listening to the customer's needs rather than dominating the conversation. Your ability to adapt to different types of people allows you to easily gain customers' trust while maintaining a clear business dialogue when required.
For the position, the following is required:
- At least 3–5 years of documented sales experience where you have independently driven your processes from start to finish
- Work experience in the construction industry where knowledge of construction chemistry is required (primarily leveling compounds and waterproofing)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Driver's license B
The following is meritorious:
- Experience in new customer acquisition and proactive sales

Salary: Fixed salary by agreement + bonus
