Are you a reliable, social, and practical person looking for meaningful part-time work? We are now seeking a new colleague for a role where you truly make a difference – every day.
About the Role
You will work alongside a cheerful and active man who uses a wheelchair. The position involves providing support in daily life – everything from creating structure and routines to accompanying him on various activities. You will be part of a close-knit team where good communication and collaboration are at the center.
Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights according to a rotating schedule. The position is approximately 25–50%.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is:
- Responsible and structured
- Attentive and empathetic
- Experienced in teamwork and comfortable following clear routines
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Previous experience in similar work is an advantage – but the most important thing is the right personality and attitude.
