Job Description

We are now looking for someone to take on an exciting consulting assignment as a Customer Care Specialist, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to consumers in the Nordics. Our client is a global, well-known player driving development in electrification, design, and safety, and you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to a fantastic customer experience.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary task is to consistently deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience throughout the customer journey – from purchase to ownership. You will be an ambassador for the brand and act as the link between the customer and the company's partners (dealers/workshops).
Your daily tasks include:
- Communication: Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Coordination: Organize towing and roadside assistance in case of breakdowns.
- Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads to ensure effective utilization.
- Improvement Work: Prioritize and escalate customer feedback to relevant teams and actively drive activities to improve processes and quality.
Availability: The role requires you to be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as that is when the customer needs us the most.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service and is motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You also have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
- Previous experience in Customer Care Operations and/or customer service, preferably from sales-focused brands.
- The ability to work with CRM systems and good technical competence.
