Your mission
We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals who want to work as hourly substitutes for our clients within personal assistance. You will work in the client's private home and assist with everything they cannot manage on their own, from care work to meaningful activities. The assignments you perform for the clients are individualized based on their needs and plans. As a personal assistant, you are flexible and work in the homes of several of our clients.

Who are you
You have patience, a good attitude, and remain calm in stressful situations. You need to be secure as a person since solitary work occurs, and you will need to take a lot of responsibility and make your own decisions.

Formal qualifications
- Nursing assistant or Child and Leisure Program or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
- The employment requires that you have a B driver's license - manual transmission.
- Digital identification with Bank ID.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as experience in documenting in digital systems.

Meritorious
- Experience working as a personal assistant and with the target group.
- Knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches.
- Experience with AAC (picture support).

The employment
Hourly paid employment with varying degrees of employment. Working hours vary between day, evening, weekend, and night. Personal assistants are currently placed at Support and Function within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration. The nearest manager is the unit manager.
